小尺寸芯片點膠不完整怎么辦？
小尺寸的芯片在生產(chǎn)白膠的過程中會經(jīng)常遇到白膠覆蓋不全，芯片有缺膠，膠水溢出或散落。根據(jù)客戶要求，產(chǎn)量必須達到15K/H。是如何解決這些問題的?

產(chǎn)品尺寸相對較小，對配藥精度要求較高，所以alais使用自動配藥機AL3030，配藥時攜帶注射配藥閥AS9000。因為AL3030采用伺服運動控制系統(tǒng)和成熟的軟件系統(tǒng)。可根據(jù)需要攜帶任意噴射閥、螺桿閥、多頭計量閥等類型的點膠閥。采用磨削螺桿，重復定位精度可達0.005mm。而AL3030與同行配藥機相比并不高。因此，自動分配器AL3030適用于小芯片尺寸。

如果是小尺寸的芯片配藥，四個位置都需要配藥，產(chǎn)量需要達到15K/H。傳統(tǒng)的計量閥不能滿足生產(chǎn)需要。噴淋點膠閥AS9000采用飛行點膠，大可達60K/H。這就解決了輸出問題。噴淋閥AS9000適用于UV、環(huán)氧樹脂、涂料膠粘劑、導熱膠、導電膠等多種液體。AS9000采用高速壓電陶瓷將柱塞旋轉(zhuǎn)到閥座(噴嘴塞)中，液體(在壓力下)流入柱塞和噴嘴之間的腔內(nèi)，柱塞撞擊噴嘴產(chǎn)生液滴。小上膠點直徑為0.20mm，連續(xù)上膠頻率可達500Hz，也可與任何上膠平臺配套使用。在上膠時，使用AS9000上膠閥和控制器，根據(jù)上膠的實際情況，調(diào)節(jié)上膠的起始時間、關閉時間、上升時間、下降時間、發(fā)火行程、計數(shù)、氣缸壓力、加熱溫度等，達到要求的上膠效果，提高產(chǎn)量。

When gluing, AS9000 gluing valve and controller are used to adjust the starting time, closing time, rising time, falling time, ignition stroke, counting, cylinder pressure, heating temperature, etc. according to the actual situation of gluing, so as to achieve the required gluing effect and increase production.
