雙組份打膠機(jī)的性能及介紹

打膠操作：
Glue operation:
1）松開(kāi)比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整所需比例。只有當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才可進(jìn)行下面的操作。
1) unlock the proportion pump locking screw on the proportional lever, and adjust the ratio pump to the required proportion. Only when the ratio of A glue and B glue reaches the normal value, the following operation can be carried out.
2）置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開(kāi)，將膠槍出口對(duì)準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，打開(kāi)膠槍開(kāi)關(guān)，以適當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地移動(dòng)膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實(shí)為佳。打膠結(jié)束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。
2) set the option knob on A and B pump, open the rubber gun outlet to the two piece of glass seam, open the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun smoothly at a suitable speed, so that the two component glue in the glass tank can be filled and enriched. Turn off the glue gun at the end of the glue.
因雙組份膠是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度和A、B膠的比例有關(guān)，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內(nèi)就會(huì)反應(yīng)固化。所以，當(dāng)設(shè)備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內(nèi)不使用就必須將混合后的膠沖洗出來(lái)，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。具體操作：將B泵關(guān)閉，打開(kāi)B膠回流開(kāi)關(guān)然后打開(kāi)膠槍，膠條為白色即可。
