發(fā)泡機設備是如何工作的？
無論什么樣的發(fā)泡機設備，基本原理都是空氣與發(fā)泡劑溶液混合。發(fā)泡機的種類不一樣那么它混合的方式也不一樣，這樣的效果也是不同的。
No matter what kind of foaming machine, the basic principle is air mixed with foaming agent solution. The types of foaming machines are different, so the way of mixing is different. This effect is also different.
泡沫有兩個必要因素，發(fā)泡劑溶液與空氣，兩者不可或缺。沒有起泡劑，不會形成氣膜包圍，沒有泡沫。空氣進入，只有發(fā)泡劑，泡沫也不能形成。
There are two essential factors for foaming. Both the foaming agent and the air are indispensable. There is no foaming agent, no air bubbles and no bubbles. When air enters, only foaming agents can not form bubbles.
雙組份打膠機在系統(tǒng)中形成氣泡，發(fā)泡劑溶液為分散介質，氣體是相對分散在液體中的，這樣氣體形成一個泡沫，許多氣泡組成泡沫。另外的重要因素在發(fā)泡劑的性能，發(fā)泡劑氣體在溶液中的另一個重要因素。氣體變成液體，必須依靠發(fā)泡機完成，發(fā)泡機采用一定的方法將氣體變成液體。
