此種情形經(jīng)常發(fā)生予膠閥關畢以后，95%的此種情形是因為使用的針頭口徑太小所致。太小的針頭會影響液體的流動造成背壓,結(jié)果導致膠閥關畢后不久形成滴漏的現(xiàn)象。
This often happens after the glue valve is closed, 95% of which is caused by the small diameter of the needle used. Too small a needle will affect the flow of liquid and cause back pressure, which will result in leakage soon after the rubber valve is closed.
過小的針頭也會影響膠閥開始使用時的排氣泡動作，只要更換較大的針頭即可解決這種問題。液體內(nèi)空氣在膠閥關畢后會產(chǎn)生滴漏現(xiàn)象,預先排除液體內(nèi)空氣,或改用不容易含氣泡的膠.或先將膠離心脫泡后在使用。

當出膠不一致時主要為儲存流體的壓力筒或空氣壓力不穩(wěn)定所產(chǎn)生。進氣壓力調(diào)壓表應設定于比廠內(nèi)低壓力低1015psi.壓力筒使用的壓力應介于調(diào)壓表中間以上的壓力,應避免使用壓力介于壓力表之中低壓力部分。
