雙組份打膠機(jī)的保養(yǎng)注意哪些？
1、壓盤上的放氣閥門要保持通暢，要定期疏通和清洗。

7、液壓站系統(tǒng)的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實(shí)際情況，調(diào)滿足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開液壓站時(shí)一定要打開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成事故。

9、由于每次沖洗混合器不會(huì)完全干凈，每次都有少量的混合膠沉積，越來越多，以致堵塞混合器通道，用一段時(shí)間后，影響出膠量和混合效果，因此要定期（聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天）清洗混合器。把混合器內(nèi)的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞更換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，注意不能損傷零件螺紋。
9.
